The sole purpose of the Promoting Positive Emotions (PPE) program is to help those Arkansas residents directly impacted by COVID-19 receive the emotional and behavioral health services they need to gain strength and be able to carry on during these unprecedented times – at no cost to them. By partnering with local providers across the state, we’re able to provide education, outreach, crisis counseling and referrals to those impacted by the current pandemic.
Crisis Counseling services are free to Arkansas residents and can easily be provided via video or phone for those who don't feel comfortable with in-facility visits. For more information, please review our Frequently Asked Questions.
